central location trendy hotel nice amenities small rooms dated bathroom poor shampoo
The location proved convenient for accessing various attractions (perhaps a thirty-minute walk at most). I found the hotel quite trendy, a quality I appreciate. The room amenities were nice. The subway station is very close to the hotel.
The rooms felt small to me. I also noticed the bathroom seemed a little dated and could benefit from some updating. I did not like the quality of the shampoos provided (i hope they improve the quality).

The location was good, near the tube station. a tesco express was located next door. It was convenient.
The room lacked air conditioning. there was an old unit. a sign indicated it was not functional. windows did not open. I had a terrible night's sleep.

acceptable but disappointing
prefabricated bathroom weak shower
the breakfast options were acceptable.
The bathroom was a prefabricated unit, similar to what one might find on a boat. It had a weak shower stream , made washing hair difficult, the toilet flushed poorly, resulting in blockages, and there were odd stains on the carpet.

perfunctory cleaning stained mattress topper
the daily cleaning was indeed perfunctory. bins received emptying, but surfaces never saw a touch, especially in the bathroom. mattress topper had heavy stains, just flipped over. the bed offered little comfort. i found this unacceptable.
